Christmas is coming and we are all thinking about the foods and sweets that we enjoy during the holidays. One of the Valencian Christmas sweets is the nougat , Turron (among many others). A dessert made from almonds and sugar, made in Jijona (Alicante) and Casinos (Valencia).
